About our Staff
To meet our client’s personal care needs, caregivers are carefully selected, skills, personalities are matched and client’s language and culture are considered.
ABHS screening process includes:
- proper licensure and/or certification
- criminal background
- abuse records check
- state of health
- character references
Staff competence is evaluated and monitored regularly and ABHS provides training when additional skills are needed to meet client’s needs. This quality measure enables us to determine the areas where we can improve as a home health care team.
